| Its really quite simple...to offer the very best private charter experience, period. Having worked for and participated in charters all over the world, we at Island Time Charters learned quickly the biggest need in private charter boats. Its easy to find boats that offer good service. Just as easy, is to find boats that actually accomplish what they advertise. The difficult part is marrying the two. We here at Island Time Charters, Key West feel like we have done that by employing just a few practices that absolutely set us apart from the others. |
Rule #1. No ego's...ever. This is the customers trip, not ours.
Rule #2. Always replace equipment. All of our gear is replaced every six months, no
matter what. This prevents a foiled trip due to equipment failure.
Rule #3. Always replace the boats. Our boats are to be replaced every 3 years, no
matter what. No breakdowns. Always spotless, our boats have the most up to date
maintance.
Rule #4. Treat our customers exactly the same way we want to be treated, no
exceptions.
Lastly, and not a rule but a belief, we follow the very wise words of Mahatma Gandhi....
"A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are
dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an
outsider to our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is
doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so."

This means that 62% of our clients return to us for charters in 6 months or less. Though it may seem boastful, we are extremely proud of this staggering percentage and strive to improve it even more every day. |
